Since 2021, The Monches Fish and Game Club has been supporting the local fishing community through its involvement with our fish stocking program. Although we don’t directly plant the fish, we support local programs who do through financial contributions that we raise through programs such as, our annual Ice Fisheree, Gun Raffles. Silent Auctions, Bucket Raffles, Member Donations, and other fund-raising events.

Each spring fish are released into surrounding lakes by volunteers from all walks of life, clubs, and associations. Our purpose is to help promote sustainable fish populations in many of our local lakes so our communities can enjoy the great resources found in our many lakes throughout Waukesha County. Such as:

• Musky Club of Wisconsin
• Walleyes For Tomorrow
• (WBF) Wisconsin Bass Federation (Burlington)
• Okauchee Fishing Club

The funds we donate to local Associations go to help plant multiple fish species in multiple lakes such as:

• Okauchee
• Pewaukee
• Lac La Belle
• Pine Lake
• and more

The fish species released through these programs range from Bass, Walleye and Muskie in efforts to promote healthy and sustainable fish resources that fishing enthusiasts can enjoy for many years.
